This reality did not come without hard work. Sigma assisted with environmental regulatory hurdles that resulted from the former industrial property use. Stringent storm water management requirements and shallow groundwater necessitated non-traditional storm water management techniques. LEED® Neighborhood Development criteria necessitated yet other elements that added to the project intricacy.
