New Berlin City Center Development The New Berlin City Center Development is a 74-acre pedestrian friendly, neo-traditional, mixed-use planned unit development consisting of residential living, offices, retail and restaurants.Services provided by Sigma include: Civil/Site Engineering Prepared design for the overall development improvements of public infrastructure and overall site plan involving approximately one mile of new roadways, Storm Water Permitting & Management Coordination, negotiation, alternative analysis, permit application with approval and construction coordination to meet the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Chapter 30 permit requirements. Prepared storm water management plan involving five retention ponds to control quantity and quality of discharge to Deer Creek and adjacent wetlands. Surveying & Mapping Prepared base mapping of overall site for acquisition and assemblage of parcels. Prepared certified survey maps for various property transactions. Conducted property staking and construction layout. Wetlands Delineated wetlands based on existing mapping and field determination in agreement with the WDNR and USACE. Endangered Species Established boundary of delineated area for endangered snake species in agreement with the WDNR and a professional herpetologist.
