Oak Creek Outlet, Fast Food Outlet, Ryan Road An approximate 2,800 square foot fast food outlet building and associated parking drives and infrastructure was constructed on a 1.18 acre parcel in the City of
Oak Creek. To meet the City of Oak Creek and Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District storm water management requirements, an innovative storm water management system consisting of pervious concrete pavement and an underground stone detention bed was designed, permitted and constructed.
Services provided by Sigma include:
Civil/Site Engineering Sigma prepared site engineering plans and specifications as required for City plan review, permitting and construction including site erosion control plans, site grading/drainage plans, site paving plans and site utility plans.
Storm Water Management Design/Permitting Due to site space constraints, a conventional above ground storm water detention basin could not be utilized to meet the City of Oak Creek and Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District storm water management requirements. In order to meet the storm water management requirements, an innovative storm water management system consisting of pervious concrete pavement and an underground stone detention bed was designed and permitted by Sigma. The system design was approved and permitted by both the City of Oak Creek and the MMSD.
