An owner is faced with making many decisions during the planning and implementation of a project and typically relies on a variety of service providers who have interests in potential conflict with those of the owner. We provide a multi-disciplined, experienced team of engineers and business people who will manage the execution of a project from concept to facility turnover, and we accomplish this by focusing on the owner’s perspective and interests as our objective.

Sigma's approach to managing projects depends on the project delivery system employed. In general this involves promoting a sound and professional working relationship between the owner, design team, and construction professionals. We function as the owner’s agent, striving to control costs while maintaining project quality, functional standards, and minimizing adverse impacts on project schedule. We are an extension of the owner’s staff with expert knowledge in the planning, design and construction process, solving problems with the owner’s interest at heart.
