Sigma provides a full range of surveying services performed by registered land surveyors (RLS). We use modern electronic survey instruments along with GPS capabilities and proven field procedures to ensure that information is gathered and transferred accurately and efficiently.

Our experience includes establishing base maps with a planimetric view and contours, stationing, plan and profile sheets, cross-sections, and a wide variety of surveying that impacts ownership and conveyances of real property. We have performed pre-engineering design surveys, construction surveying for capital improvement projects, and many types of surveys dealing with property ownership. We are able to meet any drawing conventions required, together with any specifications unique to a particular project, and are familiar with local, state, and federal requirements.
